Poland had a furious start and won all three matches, while Israel made a pleasant surprise with two wins and one draw at the beginning of qualifications. They were the first to receive a goal but then managed to turn the situation up-side down. Forward Zahavi scored three goals, who also scored against Slovenian. Zahavi continued his show on Friday in Latvia, where he had a hat-trick and Israel won by 0-3. Zahavi scored seven goals for Israel’s seven points and that is a solid reason for optimism about this match.
